4. Online Advertising and Retargeting
We may use third-party advertising services, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads, to deliver targeted advertisements to you on other websites and platforms after you visit our Site. These services use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to our Site and other websites, and to deliver advertisements that may be relevant to your interests based on your browsing behavior.
The information collected by these advertising services may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, unique device identifiers, and cookie IDs. This information may be combined with information collected across different websites and apps to build a profile of your interests for advertising purposes. Please note that opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements β it means the advertisements you see may be less relevant to your interests. Also, opt-outs are cookie-based and device-specific, so you will need to opt out separately on each device and browser you use. For more information about the specific cookies and technologies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these social media platforms to understand how they collect, use, and share your information. If you do not want these social media platforms to collect information about you through our Site, you should log out of your social media accounts before visiting our Site and adjust your privacy settings on those platforms.

- Access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments and updates to our systems.
- Secure data storage with encryption for sensitive information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data security incident that results in, or is reasonably likely to result in, unauthorized access to, acquisition of, or use of your unencrypted personal information, we will take the following actions:

- Regulatory Notification: Where required by law, we will notify appropriate regulatory authorities, including state Attorneys General, consumer reporting agencies, and other relevant regulators, within the timeframes required by applicable law.
- Remediation: We will take appropriate remedial actions, which may include offering credit monitoring or identity theft protection services to affected individuals where appropriate, implementing additional security measures, and conducting a thorough review of our data security practices to prevent future incidents.
If you have any questions or concerns about data security or a potential data breach, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Generally, we retain order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is retained until you request deletion.
