Approve Your Design

Within 48 hours, receive a digital proof of your custom design via email. Request unlimited revisions until every detail is perfect — from the angle of the ears to the sparkle in their eyes.

Artisan Crafting

Once approved, our master artisans begin handcrafting your piece. Leather portraits are hand-engraved using traditional tools. Urns are hand-turned on a lathe from solid hardwood. This takes 7-10 days.

Delivered with Care

Your memorial arrives in elegant gift-ready packaging, safely shipped to your door with tracking and insurance. Every order includes a handwritten thank-you note and a complimentary pet sympathy card.

The Craft

Ancient Techniques, Modern Precision

Our leather engraving process dates back centuries. Artisans use specialized swivel knives and beveling tools to create depth and dimension in the leather, then apply antique finishes to bring out every detail. The result is a 3D relief portrait that you can see and feel.

Our wooden urns are hand-turned on a traditional lathe, one at a time. Each piece of wood is carefully selected for its grain and character. After turning, the urn is sanded by hand, finished with natural oils, and personalized with your pet's name on a solid brass plate.
